Who we are

dummy flight tickets (“we”, “us”) publishes this website and sells the documents described below.

You can contact us at any time at support@dummy-flight-ticket.com. We answer emails within one working day.

What you are buying

You are buying a travel itinerary document: a PDF that lists real scheduled flights matching the route and dates you chose, together with a booking reference (PNR) in standard airline format.

It is not a real airline ticket and it is not a reservation. No seat is held for you, no money is paid to any airline, and the document cannot be used to board a flight. It is meant to support a visa or travel-document application.

The document is issued for the traveller names and details you enter. It does not replace your passport or any official document.

Price and payment

The price of the document is shown on the website before you pay. It is charged in a single payment, with no subscription and no hidden fees.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details; they are entered directly on Stripe’s secure payment page.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the document can be downloaded from the confirmation page.

We also email you a link to download it. That link is valid for 7 days, after which it expires and the document is deleted from our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Digital content is treated differently: by ticking the confirmation box at checkout, you ask us to deliver the document immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts.

Because delivery starts immediately, the right of withdrawal ends when the document is made available to you. If you have not received or downloaded it, write to support@dummy-flight-ticket.com within 14 days and we will look at your request.

Refunds

We refund your order when the document is defective (for example unreadable, or when the flights shown do not match the itinerary you selected) or when it was not delivered to you.

To ask for a refund, email support@dummy-flight-ticket.com within 14 days of your purchase and describe the problem. We reply within one working day and refund through the same payment method (Stripe) within 14 days of approving the request.

Because the product is digital content delivered instantly, we do not refund simply because the visa application was refused, because the document was no longer needed, or because a mistake in the details you entered makes the document unusable. Please check your details before paying.

Your responsibility for the details you enter

You are responsible for the accuracy and spelling of everything you enter: traveller names, dates of birth, passport or travel document numbers and your contact email.

We reproduce your entries as they are. We do not check them against your passport, and we are not liable for a document that is refused because of a mistake in the details you provided.

If you notice a mistake, contact us quickly: while the document is still on our servers, we may be able to issue a corrected version depending on the case.

Limitation of liability

We provide the document as a supporting document for your visa or travel application. We do not decide visa outcomes, and we do not guarantee that any embassy, consulate or airline will accept it.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed trip or a lost opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Intellectual property

The website, its content and the layout of the document we deliver are protected by copyright and remain our property (or that of our licensors).

You may use the document you receive for the personal purpose it is intended for: your own visa or travel application. You may not resell it, redistribute it or present it as an airline ticket.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.

If you have a complaint, contact us first at support@dummy-flight-ticket.com: we will try to settle it directly. If we cannot, and if you are a consumer in the EU, you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform or ask a consumer mediation service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you pay.
